Etching

I will etch our love not into cedar, which last generations  but fades eventually.

I will etch our love not into the stardust, which lasts countless years and untold eons and adventures, switching forms and dancing playfully, using generations to mark off seconds, but which eventually will cease.

I will etch our love not into the fabric of space itself, for even this changes and reforms in the beginning and end, and while an eternity may lie between, any end cannot stand for you and I.

I will etch our love into the the universal concept of rebirth.  The thought behind movement, the passage of time, and other core tenants of how we experience reality will use our love as building blocks.

The language for the words of creations will use our love as its primary letters, and no creation, be it theorem or poem, will be complete without our love.
